Software & platforms

Software that works the way your organisation works.

Internal tools, dashboards and applications that simplify processes, reduce manual work and connect existing systems.

Does this sound familiar?

Custom software is rarely an end in itself. It is usually the answer to work that takes too long, information that lives in too many places, or systems that don't talk to each other.

Work that gets stuck in Excel and email

Data is retyped by hand, versions drift apart and mistakes only surface afterwards. Every month this costs hours nobody ever sees back.

Off-the-shelf software that doesn't fit

You bend your way of working to the package rather than the other way round, and pay for features you never use.

Systems that stand apart from each other

The same information sits in several places, with nobody sure which version is correct.

No view of what is actually happening

Reporting takes days of manual work, so steering on numbers always happens after the fact.

What we build

Not an off-the-shelf package, but software that fits your processes, your data and your people.

Internal tools

Applications for planning, case management, administration and tracking work.

Dashboards and reporting

Current figures from your own systems, without manual consolidation.

Connections and integrations

Links between existing software, so data is entered only once.

Workflow automation

Recurring steps that run automatically, with checks at the right moments.

Web applications

Applications that work anywhere, for staff in the office and on site.

Extending existing software

New functionality on top of what already runs, without replacing everything.

Our approach

We make the solution visible first. So you know what will be built, what it costs and how long it takes — before development begins.

01

Sharpening the question and the scope

We map the problem, the users, the existing systems and the constraints, and establish what does and does not fall within scope.

02

Making it visible

We design the key screens and user flows. You see the solution before any code is written, and at that point changes still cost nothing.

03

Technical design

We define the architecture, the data structure and the connections to existing systems, including security and administration.

04

Building and delivering

We develop in short cycles with interim releases, so you can follow along and steer while it is being built.

05

Going live

Data migration, user support and a controlled switch-over without bringing day-to-day operations to a halt.

06

Ongoing development and maintenance

The software grows with you: new functionality, additional integrations and maintenance, from the same team that built it.

Frequently asked questions

When is custom software the right investment?

Custom software makes sense when off-the-shelf tools do not support your processes well enough, cause too much manual work or limit further growth. We first test whether existing software will do. Only when custom work demonstrably creates more value do we advise building.

Can you build on our existing systems?

Yes. A full replacement is not always necessary or desirable. We examine which systems can stay, which integrations are needed and which parts should be renewed in a controlled way.

How do you limit risk during development?

We make the scope, the main user flows and the technical choices visible early. We then build and validate step by step, so risks and wrong assumptions do not surface only at the end of the project.

How do we get a grip on budget and planning up front?

We start with an analysis of the problem, the intended outcomes, existing systems and technical constraints. On that basis we set a clear scope, approach, timeline and budget. If the scope changes, we make the consequences explicit before the work is carried out.

How do you avoid disrupting our daily operations?

We align migration, integrations and go-live with your operational reality. Where needed we roll out in phases, run old and new systems side by side for a period, and schedule critical changes outside peak times.

How do you make sure staff actually use the software?

Users are involved early in analysis and validation. We design around their daily work, test the key processes and provide documentation, training and support at go-live where needed.

What happens after delivery?

After launch we can take care of monitoring, maintenance, technical support and further development. The specific arrangements are agreed up front, based on how critical the software is and the response times you need.

How are security, data and continuity handled?

Security, access management, back-ups, data protection and technical continuity are considered from the design stage onwards. The requirements are matched to your organisation, your infrastructure and any legal obligations.

Thought through. Then built.
