Manufacturing a product? We handle production from A to Z.

Want to manufacture your product at scale? We manage the entire process — from sourcing and assembly to worldwide delivery, efficiently and reliably.

  • You’re looking for a trusted partner to handle your product’s production
  • You want to produce in China, India, Colombia, or Europe, while maintaining quality control
  • You want to organize assembly and logistics close to your end market
  • You want a single point of contact for sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery
  • You want to produce faster, cheaper, and with less risk

Global production, locally managed

Once your product is ready for manufacturing, the real challenge begins: finding the right production partners, quality components, and reliable assembly. We activate our global network — from PCB manufacturers to housing and final assembly — in regions like China, Colombia, India, and Europe. We manage sourcing, quality control, assembly, and logistics, tailored to your market. This way, we produce efficiently, with control, and at scale — ready to deliver to your customers.

Some of our projects

Processing thousands of cars per year creates a massive administrative load. Seriously, a lot.

For Beerens, our custom-built finance automation platform streamlines the entire process, reduces human error, and saves valuable time.

Goodbye to repetitive “monkey work.” Hello to speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Workspaces & Platforms
Airbnb doesn’t allow cameras but as a property owner or manager, you still want to know what’s going on.

Meet Guardian: a lensless sensor that tells you what’s happening in your property, helping you prevent unwanted situations and avoid unnecessary costs.
Develop Prototype
A smart water filter for the entire house.

Azulto connects via IOT, providing real-time updates on water usage and, more importantly, notifying you when the filters need to be replaced. This is a key building block for the company's MRR.

Launching in 2026.
Product Development
It doesn’t always have to be ‘’smart’’. Yes, sometimes it’s not even electronics.

Meet Badaloon. A cool furnishing brand built around operational efficiency. We created the concept, from the design and construction to manufacturing guidance. This is the newest product.

Product Manufacturing

From idea to reality in 6 steps

Whether you're developing a digital platform, building a physical product, or automating a process, our creative approach guides you from the initial idea to scalable implementation.
  1. Idea & Analysis:
We map out your challenge and think strategically with you about a smart solution. This could involve a product, platform, or internal process.
  2. Concept & Visualization:
We make the idea tangible through wireframes, 3D designs, or process flows — creating a clear vision of the future together.
  3. Technical Design:
We translate the concept into a build plan: mechanical (for products), software-based (for platforms and tools), or a combination of both (hybrid products).
  4. Prototype & Test Version:
We develop a first working version — an MVP, a clickable design, or a physical prototype, depending on your project type.
  5. Validation & Optimization:
We gather feedback from the market or users. Together, we refine it toward the final version.
  6. Scaling & Realization:
We support the production or launch — whether it’s manufacturing, software deployment, or process rollout.

Why do clients choose you?

Our strength lies in combining imagination with technical precision. We collaborate, sketch, test, improve, and build — all under one roof. This allows us to move faster, design smarter, and deliver solutions that not only work but also surprise.

Whether it’s developing new tools, building platforms, designing products, or overseeing manufacturing, with us you’ll find creative thinkers and technical makers in one team.

FAQs

What exactly does product manufacturing involve?

It’s the process of turning a design or prototype into a scalable end product. It includes sourcing parts, setting up production processes, assembly, quality control, and logistics. We guide the entire process to ensure your product is produced correctly and to your quality standards. Expect efficient production, minimal errors, and maximum control over cost and timing.

In which regions can you manufacture products?

We work with reliable partners in China, India, Colombia, and Europe. “Made in China” today is much more than a cost saver: it’s the world’s production hub, with unmatched expertise and capacity. Europe offers speed, proximity, and flexible small runs. We advise case by case and manage the full process—from sourcing to delivery, anywhere in the world.

How do I know if my product is ready for production?

Not every idea is immediately manufacturable at scale. We always start with a technical feasibility analysis. We look at materials, tolerances, finish levels, and complex parts that might need redesign. We then optimise for reliability, reproducibility, and cost-efficiency—this is Design for Manufacturing (DFM), crucial to avoid surprises later. Together, we make sure your product not only works, but can be produced.

What’s the difference between low-volume and mass production?

Low-volume starts at a few dozen units—ideal for test markets, niches, or product introductions. Assembly is often manual and startup costs are lower. Mass production starts at several thousand units and requires tooling, automation, and more prep time—but yields lower unit costs and faster cycles at scale. We guide both paths—from local small series to international volume production—with focus on quality, cost, and planning.

How long does it take to manufacture a product?

It depends on product type, volume, location, and preparation. For small series, count 8–12 weeks after final design approval. For larger volumes or complex processes, 12–20 weeks is common, including tooling, testing, assembly, and logistics. We provide clear schedules, proactive follow-up, and communication in every phase—so your launch stays on track.
