Want to create a prototype? The smart first step toward a successful product

Creating a prototype is the best way to quickly make your idea tangible and test the market. We help you realize a working first version in a short time — ready for testing and further development.

  • You want to make your product idea tangible for internal or external validation
  • You're looking for a fast way to build an MVP or initial version
  • You want to conduct market research or user testing with a realistic model
  • You want to avoid mistakes and failure costs before going into production
  • You want to convince investors with a working prototype

Test, learn, and improve before you scale

A prototype is the smartest step before moving into large-scale production. It makes your idea tangible, usable, and testable — by real users or investors. You discover what works, what can be improved, and where opportunities lie. With a few quick iterations, you can purposefully work toward a product that truly resonates. We build functional prototypes that allow you to test and move forward quickly — backed by both technical and strategic insight.

Product Manufacturing

From idea to reality in 6 steps

Whether you're developing a digital platform, building a physical product, or automating a process, our creative approach guides you from the initial idea to scalable implementation.
  1. Idea & Analysis:
We map out your challenge and think strategically with you about a smart solution. This could involve a product, platform, or internal process.
  2. Concept & Visualization:
We make the idea tangible through wireframes, 3D designs, or process flows — creating a clear vision of the future together.
  3. Technical Design:
We translate the concept into a build plan: mechanical (for products), software-based (for platforms and tools), or a combination of both (hybrid products).
  4. Prototype & Test Version:
We develop a first working version — an MVP, a clickable design, or a physical prototype, depending on your project type.
  5. Validation & Optimization:
We gather feedback from the market or users. Together, we refine it toward the final version.
  6. Scaling & Realization:
We support the production or launch — whether it’s manufacturing, software deployment, or process rollout.

Why do clients choose you?

Our strength lies in combining imagination with technical precision. We collaborate, sketch, test, improve, and build — all under one roof. This allows us to move faster, design smarter, and deliver solutions that not only work but also surprise.

Whether it’s developing new tools, building platforms, designing products, or overseeing manufacturing, with us you’ll find creative thinkers and technical makers in one team.

FAQs

What is a prototype and why is it important?

A prototype is the first functional version of your product or solution. It allows you to make an idea tangible and test it in practice—before you make major investments in production or development. It’s the ideal way to gather feedback from users, stakeholders, or investors. Prototyping helps you iterate quickly, catch mistakes early, and optimise your product. It saves costs in the long run and increases your chances of market success.

What types of prototypes can you build?

We create both physical and digital prototypes, depending on the solution: 3D-printed models, electronic test setups with PCBs, or clickable software MVPs. Sometimes we combine hardware and software—for example, an IoT device with an online control panel. Every prototype is designed with your goal in mind: validation, presentation, technical feasibility, or user testing. We always choose the right technologies and tools for the stage your project is in.

How does getting a prototype made work?

We start with an intake to sharpen your idea and goals. Then we translate the concept into a visual design or technical sketch. Based on that, we build a first working prototype—physical or digital. In the test phase we collect feedback and improve where needed. We work iteratively, step by step, based on insights—so you end up with a prototype that truly works and convinces.

How long does a prototype take?

It depends on complexity. Simple mechanical models or software MVPs can sometimes be delivered within 4 to 12 weeks. More complex prototypes with electronics, housing, and a software interface can take 3 to 6 months. We always start with a tailored time estimate so you know where you stand. Our multidisciplinary approach lets us move fast and run phases in parallel.

What does it cost to have a prototype made?

Costs vary widely depending on the product, technology, materials, and desired finish. We therefore start with an analysis of your needs and make a tailored proposal. We work either with transparent hourly rates or a fixed project budget—your choice. You’ll know exactly what it will cost upfront. A good prototype is a smart investment that prevents mistakes and costs later.
